The College encourages you to promote the profession in the community, to colleagues, service commissioners and political decision makers

We urge all of you, our members, to join us as active ambassadors for the profession, championing the value of occupational therapy and its unique contribution to the health and wellbeing of the population in promoting self-reliance and resourcefulness.

BAOT is committed to helping you deliver evidence which demonstrates the value of occupational therapy interventions and occupation-focused outcomes through the United Kingdom Occupational Therapy Research Foundation (UKOTRF). We provide a range of resources to help you promote the unique benefits of occupational therapy.
