Membership is open to BAOT/COT members interested in furthering their knowledge of mental health.

Annual membership fees:

BAOT/COT member	£32
BAOT/COT Associate member	£16
BAOT/COT Student member	£16

Send a completed membership form to the following address along with a cheque for the correct membership fee. Make cheques payable to COTSS – Mental Health.
