The College of Occupational Therapists (COT) welcomes and fully supports all initiatives that work towards ensuring that high quality and improved services are delivered to service users and their carers

The principles of the Department of Health’s Transforming Community Services (TCS) programme underpins the NHS Next Stage Review and has the potential to impact on service delivery and access, and on the employment of primary care trust staff.  This position statement provides information on the added value of occupational therapy to key care pathways.
