The Journal is published and dispatched on or near the 15th day of each month and if you do not receive your copy you should contact us as soon as possible.

As this is a new subscription there will be no pro forma invoice. Therefore, on receipt of your order and cheques, we will send a letter of confirmation informing you of the subscription number that has been issued to you or your client.
Paying for your subscription
- Payments must be made in advance. Underpayments will be returned so that a new cheque can be issued.
- All cheques must be made payable to The College of Occupational Therapists Ltd, in sterling and drawn on a UK bank.
- We also accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro. Please provide us with the following information:
- The card number
- The expiry date
- If using Switch/Maestro, a note of the issue number and card expiry date.

Help us keep our records up to date
- Claims for missing issues need to be received within six months of the date of publication. For example, claims for the January issue must be reported before the end of June. Missing issues will not be dispatched after the six-month period. Replacements will only be sent if there is sufficient stock in hand.
- It is important that you inform us of any change in agency or address so that our records can be kept up to date.
- Refunds for cancellations cannot be accepted after the subscription period has commenced.
- Please make sure that Agent and Subscriber addresses are legible in English in order that the publication, and any other correspondence, can be forwarded to the correct address.
