Your local and regional BAOT professional network is crucial to your continuning professional development

Participate in the professional life of the organisation to ensure that you get the most out of your membership of the British Association of Occupational Therapists

When you join BAOT/COT you are allocated a geographic region relevant to your work place or home address. This enables you to take advantage of opportunities to build strong networks to further your own professional development and the growth of the profession as a whole.
 

Regional committee nominations open 3 January - 28 February 2012

Involvement with your regional committee will provide you with valuable experience such as project management skills and enable you to expand your professional networks and navigate your changing workplace. The College provides training and direct officer support for all roles, so any member is invited to get involved no matter what your clinical experience, role or career level.
