Scottish Western regional group
Become an active member of your regional group
With CPD opportunities and events, the chance to meet other OTs & to learn about what’s happening near you, there’s never been a better time to get active!
One aim of the Scottish Western Regional Group...
..is to support the CPD and lifelong learning of members, and one way of achieving this aim is to support members to deliver evidence and demonstrate the value of OT. Earlier this year the committee was contacted by a member, Stacey Gallagher, who had submitted a poster to this year’s annual COT conference and a small grant was awarded to help with the cost of attending and presenting at conference.

Report on Members’ Online Survey by Scottish Western Regional Group of Occupational Therapists
The feedback from the member survey carried out last year has been reviewed and the committee have produced a report analysing the results. Thanks to everyone who responded to the survey, and all those on the committee who helped develop the questionnaire, analyse the results and write up the report. The committee plans to use the feedback to help plan and develop the work of the committee to better support the wider group.
