A separate MH and LD trust in Wales

There is currently a proposal to reorganise the Welsh mental health and learning disability services and create a MH and LD trust to cover the whole of Wales. MH and LD services are currently together with physical services so this may be a substantial change. Please see the attached document for more details.

As you may have various views on this, we have set up a discussion forum on the COT website so you can debate the issue of a separate MH and LD organisation for Wales if you wish.
